At the end of the Providence Event in June, that has since been cancelled due to Covid 19, there was to be a Gathering of the Sisters under 55 on that last Sunday afternoon.   I know that the Board and I were both really happy that our younger, newer members would have the opportunity to gather together and form relationships with one another and discuss the presentation and theme of that event.  But that was not to be!

However, one of those “under 55” Sisters contacted me, who was going to spearhead that gathering, to let me know that some of them still wanted to gather and talk about what was happening in our world now.  “What a great idea!” I said t her.  So Sr. Karina Conrad, a CDP from the Pittsburgh, PA congregation and Sr. Dina Bato, an SP from the St. Mary of the Woods congregation, got together and developed a theme/topic and an image for this gathering.  I contacted the board members to get the names and email addresses for their Under 55 Sisters.  So if they sent in a list, Karina and Dina had the information they needed to contact and invite them to a ZOOM session on June 14 in the afternoon. 

The topic is:  I to We to One:  Providence Together         Time for the meeting is June 14 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time

It sounds like a great topic and I trust they will have a great meeting together!  Thanks to the willingness and desires of Sr. Karina and Sr. Dina this can happen.  Please feel free to pass this message on to any of your “under 55 ” Sisters, just in case we didn’t get their name for the invitation.
