A friend recently sent me a Christmas greeting–her reflection was her Christmas message.  I asked if I could share it on this website and she said “Yes.”   Here is her reflection:

Once long before time there was only LOVE

and LOVE said, “to be truly LOVE, we must create!”

And so LOVE began the journey of expanding into galaxies of stars!

And LOVE said, “this is wonderful and yet not enough!”

So LOVE continued to expand, creating the Milky Way.

Inside the Milky Way there was a bright sun with planets traveling around it.

One such planet was given the name EARTH!

On planet Earth the waters separated and continents formed!

There were mountains and valleys: hills and meadows–all in LOVE’S plan!

After eons, trees and flowers began to blossom: sea creatures began to walk on land.

All kinds of creatures inhabited the rivers, mountains and valleys–all in LOVE’S plan!

LOVE wanted to share this wonderful story with creatures who could be Love!

LOVE planted LOVE inside of each heart!

LOVE was so excited to see all of creation that LOVE knew it was time to birth into the human family of flesh and bone!

LOVE knew that this birthing, this Christmas event was part of the plan from the beginning of time 

because this is how LOVE IS–giving and growing in LOVE!

My hope is that LOVE is living and growing in you–this is LOVE’S plan!
