The Sisters of Divine Providence in the Marie de la Roche province have a Justice Committee called “The Ketteler Legacy for Justice Committee.”  This is an ongoing working committee of the province and most recently has expanded its membership to include representatives from the entire international congregation.

Their program that addresses the plight of millions of our brothers and sisters around the world who are searching for what we may take for granted—a safe, secure home and place to raise a family without the fear of being oppressed, or taken into slavery or even killed—can be viewed by going to cdpsisters.org/migrantsrefugeesprogram. The committee’s informative and prayerful presentation on plastic waste and its adverse effect on the environment can be viewed by going to cdpsisters.org/plasticpollution.

These topics and many more have been on the agenda of this committee who keeps the province, and now the international congregation, informed about many social justice issues of the day.  You might find these two videos mentioned above interesting and informational too!
